I really liked many elements in this house too! The fun vintage den is my favorite.

Love that tufted ottoman in the bathroom. Can I have it for my living room though?

Cool! These are good ideas for a DIY dream house, for the summer season. I want to build a house in Miami, and my family is up for it. We had a brainstorming last weekend. Because of too much excitement, I got out of ideas! I actually learned the concept of DIY houses from my dad 'coz he used to renovate houses of our neighbors for fun when I was just a kid.

That bathroom is divine!

I like the roofing of that house (1st photo). Real estate companies in Omaha, NE have shown me a lot of beach houses that are beautifully designed by the finest architects today. Wood is the most common material used for beach houses, and these interiors look vey inviting.
