You know...honestly..if someone would have asked if Im a fan of colonial..I would probably say..not really. But these images are just superb...love it...more modern colonial than traditional..great post..thanks for sharing x

I LOVE this place!
I have always had a weakness for Colonial style - when it is as simple and clean like this. The bones of this house are fantastic and I am in love with the dark floors, the open ceiling with exposed beams and generally how light and inviting the rooms are.
The dining chairs are fantastic. Do you know who they are by?
Also fell for the candle sticks and the extra tall bed head.
All in all a wonderful find. Thank you for sharing. I feel inspired!

I love the dark floors and high white ceilings. This is not what I think of when I think colonial, it's so much better!
