Love twin beds...I have this setup for my kids and it is perfect!
I posted about twin beds a last week (http://confessionsofasineater.blogspot.com/2009/10/spare-bed-for-my-friends.html) after we had house guests - a non-couple - who had to share the queen sized bed. It wasn't an issue for them, but it occurred to me then that twin beds would be the way to go.
I love the photos you've used here; I hadn't seen some of them before, and now have a new favorite: white/blue, third from the bottom.
