I inherited white Bertoias from my parents...they used to be in the bank where my Dad worked in the 70s. When the bank remodeled, he took 6 of the chairs home because my parents were in need of patio furniture. 30 years later, I saved them from their rusty state and cleaned them up a bit and had them chrome dipped. I love that they've been a part of our family for so long and I now use them as my dining room chairs.
love the bertoia chair but they are sort of uncomfortable. i spent the day at a gal pal's place and resolve to give up the chair after sitting on it for about 30 minutes.

Courtney! I love your story and I am so jealous! Do you have photos of them? I am on the lookout for one, or two, or as many as I can get!

Whether it is Bertoia chair or club chairs from famous designers, white furniture is always a delight to look at.
