Welcome to our blog! The design of our lives. We are a young couple, married for a year and half...first time homeowners...first time bloggers.
My inspiration for blogging came from reading a friends blog, The Newlywed Diaries . After checking her blog occasionally, I slowly found myself checking it daily, along with with all the blogs she loves...and I was hooked!
A little about us...I am Megan, he is TJ, and then there is Tucker, our chocolate lab. We grew up in the south, we met in grade school, dated in high school through college, and got married in August of 2006. We still feel like newlyweds and are living the newlywed lifestyle!
We currently live in trendy Virginia Highlands, in Atlanta, Georgia. We love living in this charming little district inside the city. It is a perfect fit for us! In June of 2007 we became first time
homeowners! (What a learning experience!)

homeowners! (What a learning experience!)We bought a 1bed/1bath condo in Virginia Highlands. It was renovated in 2000, and they did a nice job. But after living here for almost a year, we are finding changes we would like to make. Only time will tell...
