Giveaway...

This weeks giveaway is a copy of Rustic Elegance by Ralph Kylloe courtesy Gibbs Publishing. The book features 13 handcrafted log homes homes from around the country, each one inviting you in to stay a while. Low Country Road Trip...

*First, how do you like the new blog design?! After a few years of blogging I felt is was time for a fresh new design and update, and got some help from Kelly @ fabulous k creative. I love the change and hope you do as well! I know each monitor is different, so let me know if there is any major issue from your view.*

Now on to our road trip. One of my best friends got married in a small ceremony on Cumberland Island, GA at the beginning of October and then had their reception a few weeks later on St. Simons Island, GA where they live. Since we were traveling in the area, we decided to extend our trip and stop in Savannah and Charleston. We only had a day in Savannah and a day in a half in Charleston, which is definitely not enough time to take in all that each city has to offer! Below is a selection of photos we took while visiting.
